Inspection time: Before going to work, check the cold car (the hot car cannot open the water tank, it must be a cold car), do not automatically add water, flush the hot car, otherwise it may cause the engine cylinder head to be deformed, burst, or even lead to overhaul of the engine and other serious consequences. The dust of the water tank must be blown, otherwise it may cause the water tank to be blocked.
2. Check frequency to prevent the engine from overheating: During the working process of motor vehicles, it is often necessary to observe whether the scale of the water temperature gauge on the instrument panel has reached the warning position. After the scale falls back, stop and rest.
3. Do not modify the circuit without permission. If you must modify the circuit or install other accessories and equipment, it should be professionally modified by professional technicians. At the same time, the wiring must be well packaged to prevent leakage and short circuit.
4. The lead-acid battery electric forklift should check the frequency of distilled water inspection: it is recommended to check it once every 3-4 days, and at least once a week, it is recommended to check the distilled water after it is fully charged, and at the same time blow the dust on the battery surface. It is best to keep the distilled water full. If the distilled water is lacking, the battery will be damaged. If the battery is dry charged, there may be dangers such as explosion, and the cost of replacing a battery is very high.
5. Turn off the fan in time after get off work. Check the frequency: Every day after get off work, the fan is always on under high temperature. If it is not turned off after get off work, the forklift will not catch fire the next day, and it may be necessary to repair or replace the battery. Maintenance costs will be incurred.
6. Check the frequency of checking the braking function of the forklift: Check the braking performance frequently during the operation to avoid the problem of brake failure caused by the aging, expansion and deformation of the brake master cylinder or sub-cylinder cup and the vaporization of the brake fluid.
In addition, when the forklift is used in high temperature weather, if there is abnormal engine noise, sudden weakness, etc., please pay attention. Because many forklifts have problems, they will not be exposed at once, and the master needs to check and find the problem to avoid greater losses.
