At present, there are many brands of forklifts available on the market, and the models are complex. In addition, the products themselves are technically strong and very professional. Therefore, once a forklift fails, it will fall into a complicated actual situation of maintenance
1. When the forklift is operating, the return pipe of the lifting cylinder leaks seriously and automatically drops. This problem is mostly caused by the damage of the oil seal between the lifting cylinder and the piston rod. Solution: Replace the oil seal to eliminate it.
2. When the forklift is operating, the lifting height of the left and right lifting cylinder piston rods is different. The cause of the failure is the expansion of the nylon guide sleeve between the lifting cylinder and the piston rod. Solution: When installing, the nylon guide sleeve should be properly adjusted first, and the nylon guide sleeve should be cut off by 3mm with a hacksaw to make a certain opening gap to ensure the expansion coefficient, so that the above-mentioned failure will not occur during use.
3. When the forklift is operating, there is no lifting and no direction. This reason is due to insufficient hydraulic oil or dirt in the hydraulic oil and a broken hydraulic oil filter. Solution: When the hydraulic oil is insufficient or there is dirt in the hydraulic oil, replace the new hydraulic oil and add it to the specified position. When the hydraulic oil filter is broken, replace the new filter in time.
4. When the forklift is operating, the steering wheel is not sensitive when turning the steering wheel. This fault is mostly caused by the broken steering gear positioning spring and the internal leakage of the steering cylinder. Solution: Turn the direction in place, and feel that the direction is too light, it can be determined that the steering gear spring is broken, and the problem can be solved by replacing the steering gear spring. If you feel that there is a certain sense of force when turning the steering wheel and the steering wheel is very insensitive, and the steering wheel can be rotated 360 degrees when turning left or right, it can be determined that the oil seal on the piston in the steering cylinder is damaged, causing internal leakage, and replacing the oil seal can eliminate the fault.
5. When the forklift is operating, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder shakes when it is lifted. In this case, the first judgment is that the hydraulic oil in the tank is insufficient, resulting in insufficient oil pump pressure. Secondly, it is necessary to judge that there is air in the hydraulic pipeline to the cylinder piston section. Solution: First add hydraulic oil. If the problem still exists, loosen the return oil pipe of the lifting cylinder, raise the cylinder to the top and then drop it to the bottom. Repeat the lifting and lowering operation several times to discharge the air in the hydraulic pipeline. This fault is eliminated.
The above faults are common faults in the forklift during operation. We must continue to explore through learning and work. When the forklift fails, we must solve the fault as soon as possible before working again.
