1. Electric forklift to use the same brand of brake fluid, do not splash the brake fluid on any painted surface, otherwise it will damage the paint. When electric forklift is filled with brake fluid, it will prevent dust and water from mixing into the oil.
2. Leakage inspection: hydraulic oil, electrolyte, brake fluid. Check the electric forklift's hydraulic fittings, battery and brake system for oil leakage or leakage. Touch and visually inspect. Do not use open flame.
3. Check the grounding surface of the electric forklift tires and avoid damage, whether the tire wear level exceeds the safety warning line. Replace tires when they are damaged or when they wear out of the safety warning line.
4. Electric forklift check the specific gravity of the electrolyte. Check if the two terminals are loose or damaged, otherwise they should be adjusted or replaced.
5. Check the brake pedal, try to step on the brake pedal, reduce the production delay or jam, and whether the throttle/brake is sensitive and effective. Check the brake fluid, open the brake oil cup cover and check if the brake fluid volume is within the scale. If the fluid volume is insufficient, please add it.
6. Electric forklift control system check: check the lifting handle, tilt handle, adjustment handle, attachment handle is loose, return is good.
7. Electric forklift check the door frame and fork to ensure: the fork is free of cracks and bending, the fork is firmly and correctly installed on the fork. Check the oil cylinder and oil pipe for oil leakage. The scooter has a high roller rotation. Inspect the gantry for cracks and deformation. Operate the hoist, tilt, attachment handle, check whether the electric forklift gantry is working properly, and whether it is abnormal.
