First, the pipeline leakage should be excluded, and then the operation status of the air pump should be checked. Remove the air pump outlet pipe and press the air outlet with your thumb. If the exhaust pressure is low, the air pump is faulty. If the air pump is in good working condition, check the oil water separator oil drain plug or pressure regulating valve to avoid bypass and check for trouble. Finally, check the two check valves in the three-way joint. The check valve will cause the air reservoir to be inhaled or the air intake to be slow.

2.Warehouse forklift has insufficient braking force and is weak

The main reason: the oil leakage of the brake oil circuit in the brake oil circuit is broken, and there is oil on the nipper.

3.Warehouse forklift deviates after braking

The direct cause of the deviation is caused by the braking torque of the wheels on both sides.

Common causes of failure: The brake caliper disc is seriously polluted, the friction system is seriously degraded, and the braking torque is unbalanced. At this time, the oily cylinder of the brake caliper disc should be removed and the piston stuck and cannot work. Static car stepping on the brake, observe the working condition of the sub-pump, dismantling according to the situation

4.Warehouse forklift has a brake card issue failure

The loader is struggling to walk. After parking, the caliper is touched by hand and the tongs are heated.

The main reason is that the wear of the friction plate is thin, the dust ring is damaged, and the return spring of the piston rust stuck in the afterburning pump is weak or broken, and the high pressure oil cannot be flowed.

5.When the brake is braked on the Warehouse forklift, there is an oil mist spray.

Cause: The brake light switch is damaged, the high pressure oil is sprayed from the switch interface, and the replacement of the switch can solve the excessive length of the piston rod of the afterburner. This situation may occur when the new force pump assembly is replaced. The reason for Warehouse forklift is that the piston rod is adjusted too long, causing the piston stroke to be too large when the afterburner is working, and the brake fluid is returned from the drain hole to the afterburner.
