一. During the initial run-in period of a new forklift, do not carry too heavy cargo. During the first 100 hours of the run-in period, the forklift should be operated according to the following requirements:
1. Avoid emergency braking and emergency steering, and start slowly.
2. Oil change and lubrication should be done earlier than the specified time.
3. Do not run the engine at high speed without external load.
4. Preheat the forklift before operation, regardless of the season.
5. Perform pre-inspection and maintenance in accordance with regulations carefully and thoroughly.
二. How to inspect a forklift: Simple: three filters (air filter, oil filter, diesel filter), engine oil, check the circuit
(1) Check tire pressure and remove debris embedded in the tire tread;
(2) Check the working oil volume in the vehicle hydraulic system tank and whether there is leakage in the pipeline, joints, etc.; (3) Check the working condition of instruments, lights, horns, etc.;
(4) Check the engine oil volume in the engine crankcase, the fuel volume in the fuel tank and the cooling water volume in the radiator. If insufficient, add or replace as required;
(5) Check the height of the electrolyte level in the battery, add as needed, keep the air holes in the cover unobstructed, and the pole and wire connector are tightly and firmly connected;
(6) Check the free travel and working reliability of the hydraulic brake and hand brake, and add brake fluid and remove air from the system as needed;
