When starting, maintain an appropriate starting speed, and should not be too fast. Do not use emergency braking frequently when running at high speed, because frequent emergency braking will cause greater friction between the brake assembly and the drive wheel, shorten the life of the brake assembly and the drive wheel, and even damage the brake assembly. Enter the drive wheel. When driving, maintain normal driving conditions and do not brake hard or make sharp turns.
In bad road conditions, the weight should be reduced accordingly, the driving speed should be reduced, and the fork should be 10-20 cm from the ground. All-electric trucks have forward and reverse direction switches, but they cannot be confused with the steering switch; unless there is a very urgent need to decelerate, the brake pedal cannot be directly stepped on to the bottom; when the electronic control is out of control, the main power supply should be cut off in time.
For continuous and long-distance acceleration, use as little as possible during operation. When the all-electric truck starts to move and accelerates, stabilize the gas pedal. When the road conditions are better, you can continue to accelerate. If the truck needs to brake, release the gas pedal and lightly press the brake pedal to make the most of the deceleration energy. If the truck has regenerative braking, kinetic energy can be recovered during deceleration.
When driving downhill on the road, you only need to step on the brake pedal lightly, without disconnecting the drive motor circuit of the all-electric forklift, and use the vehicle's energy-saving battery function. In addition, be sure to pay attention to the voltage of the battery forklift voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the limit, the forklift should stop immediately. Pay attention to the drive system, check whether the noise of the steering system is normal, and repair the abnormal noise in time. Do not allow people to stand or walk under the forks; do not handle loose or loosely stacked loads, handle large loads with care; do not exceed the maximum load of the forklift when moving. When using, pay special attention to charging the battery in time. Before proper maintenance and charging of the battery, do not let the forklift power off until the forklift cannot move, which will reduce the battery life. When charging the battery, take care not only to fully charge the battery, but also not to overcharge it. (You don't have to worry about this if you buy a fully charged one that will automatically power off)
