In the winter, with the temperature drop, Warehouse forklift will also have some problems, these problems are very small, but we must pay attention to these issues, do not let these problems affect our Warehouse forklift work.
1. The Warehouse forklift thermostat fails. After starting the diesel engine, it was found that the water tank was "opened" in a short time. Check that the water tank in the water tank is cold, indicating that the cooling water is not completely circulated. After dismantling the thermostat, it was found that there was ice in the thermostat, so that the main valve could not be opened, which caused the cooling water to be unable to undergo large circulation, thus causing the engine water temperature to rise too fast and the phenomenon of "opening" appeared.
2. Warehouse forklift is blocked. After starting, it is found that the air pressure indicated by the air pressure gauge has been zero; when the gas storage vent switch is opened, no gas is discharged; when the air pipe between the compressor and the gas control valve is disassembled, gas is discharged, indicating that the air pump works normally. The gas control valve between the gas control valve and the gas cylinder was dismantled. It was found that there was a small ice block at the junction of the copper gas pipe and the hose to block the gas pipe, which caused the gas to enter the gas storage cylinder, so the barometer showed no indication. In winter, the water vapor in the brake circuit is often frozen into ice after shutdown, which causes the air pipe to block. Therefore, the air reservoir and the water in the oil-water separator must be drained after each shutdown.
3. The Warehouse forklift filter is clogged. The warehouse forklift was turned off shortly after it was started, and the pump was pumped with oil to remove the air in the fuel line, and it was still turned off shortly after starting again. Check the fuel tank from the fuel tank to the oil pump tubing and the oil pump to the diesel filter. There is no blockage. Remove the diesel filter and find that the filter element is blocked by ice. The main reason is that when the warehouse forklift was shut down in the autumn, there was no season maintenance. The original diesel fuel had a higher freezing point. In the winter, the filter element was almost sealed due to the diesel icing in the filter, although it was barely able to start, but because The filter element is clogged and the diesel supply is insufficient and the flame is extinguished by itself. When the ice in the filter element is removed and the diesel is replaced and restarted, the diesel engine returns to normal operation.
4. Warehouse forklift hydraulic oil freezes. After starting, it is found that the torque converter oil pressure (outlet pressure) is 0, the shifting operation oil pressure is 0.5Mpa (normal value is 1.08-1.47Mpa), and the machine cannot be driven after the gear is engaged. Open the transmission filler cap and find that the hydraulic oil has been frozen into ice slag (wax). Then use the blowtorch to bake the transmission, filter and main oil pipeline. Then, when it starts again, the gauges show normal pressure and the machine can run normally. .
5, Warehouse forklift diesel icing. Deflagration and flameout when leveling the site. When pumping oil with a manual pump, only a small amount of oil flows out at the bleeder screw of the fuel injection pump; check the diesel tank, the oil is sufficient, but there is ice slag (wax) in the diesel oil; check the pipeline of the diesel tank to the oil pump and find The tube is also in the ice slag, causing the oil to flow poorly. The reason is that the original diesel tank is filled with 0# diesel, which causes the machine to freeze during winter operations. After cleaning the oil circuit and switching to low-condensation point diesel, the diesel engine returned to normal operation and no flameout occurred.
