Electric Pallet Stacker is a variety of wheeled handling vehicles that can handle loading, unloading, stacking and short-distance transportation of palletized goods. It can also be called a small electric forklift. Electric Pallet Stacker can be divided into manual Electric Pallet Stacker, electric Electric Pallet Stacker, and semi-electric Electric Pallet Stacker.
1. Electric Pallet Stacker
Before the Electric Pallet Stacker travels, check the brakes and pumping stations and ensure that the batteries are fully charged. Hold the joystick with both hands and force the vehicle to slowly move toward the working cargo. If you want to stop, you can use the hand brake or the foot brake to park the vehicle.
2. Electric Pallet Stacker unloading
(1) Keep the vertical position of the fork in the low position of the fork, carefully approach the shelf and insert the bottom of the pallet.
(2) Retreating the stacker to move the fork to the shipping tray
(3) Raise the fork to the required height, slowly move to the pallet to be unloaded, and ensure that the fork is easy to enter the pallet and the cargo is in a safe position on the fork.
(4) Lift the fork until the pallet is lifted from the shelf
(5) Slowly retreat in the channel
(6) Slowly lower the cargo while ensuring that the fork does not touch the obstacle during the reduction process.
Note: Steering and braking operations must be slow and careful during cargo lift.
3. Electric Pallet Stacker stacking
(1) Keep the goods low and carefully approach the shelves
(2) Lifting the goods above the plane of the shelf
(3) Slowly move forward, stop when the cargo is above the shelf, at this point put down the pallet and note that the fork does not apply force to the shelf under the cargo to ensure that the cargo is in a safe position.
(4) Slowly retreat and ensure that the pallet is in a secure position
(5) Lower the fork to the position where the stacker can drive
