1、 Technical maintenance measures for forklift:
(1) Daily maintenance, after each shift;
(2) Level I technical maintenance: after 100 hours of work, one shift is equivalent to 2 weeks;
(3) Level II technical maintenance: after 500 hours of operation of the dual-purpose fork clamp, one shift is equivalent to one quarter.
2、 Maintenance of oil outlet valve coupling
The wear parts of the oil outlet valve coupling parts are mainly the wear of the oil outlet valve pressure reducing ring belt, valve seat and the fitting part with the pressure reducing ring belt.
The pressure reducing ring belt and the upper end of the valve seat are easy to be tapered, which increases the fit clearance. The direct harm caused by the wear of the pressure relief ring belt is:
When the fuel injection pump is working, the pressure reducing ring belt will not fully expose the valve seat, as a result, the residual pressure of the high-pressure fuel pipe is increased. When the fuel injection pump stops supplying fuel, the residual pressure in the high-pressure fuel pipe is still very high, which makes the fuel injection of the injector not crisp, causing oil leakage or oil dripping. The engine will make a knocking sound at high speed, and the engine will run unstably at low speed.
When the sealing property of the oil outlet valve is damaged, it will cause backflow and oil leakage of the high-pressure oil pipe, which will reduce the oil pressure when the high-pressure oil pipe stops supplying oil. During the second injection, it takes more time to increase the oil pressure in the fuel pipe to reach the injection pressure, which leads to the delay of injection time. The oil leakage due to the damage of the sealing property also reduces the oil supply.
1. Inspection of surface quality of oil outlet valve coupling
(1) The pressure relief ring is severely worn.
(2) The conical surface has metal peeling or deep scratches.
(3) The conical surface is excessively worn.
(4) The outlet valve is cracked.
(5) Conical surfaces of outlet valve and valve seat are rusted.
2. Inspection for sliding performance of oil outlet valve coupling
Take out the oil outlet valve and valve seat after soaking in diesel oil, hold the valve seat, take out about 1/3 of the oil outlet valve in the vertical direction, and then release it. The oil outlet valve shall be able to fall freely onto the supporting surface of the valve seat by its own weight. Rotate the oil outlet valve at any angle for test, and the results are uniform, which is qualified.
