1. The charging environment of the semi electric hydraulic forklift of the stacker truck manufacturer is clean and ventilated. If possible, take out the battery or open the semi electric stacker cover;
2. The electrolyte level of the semi electric stacker shall be 15mm higher than the partition. If it is lower than this scale, electrolyte shall be supplemented in time to prevent battery power loss and affect the service life of light battery semi electric stacker. In addition, the temperature of electrolyte during charging shall not be higher than 45 ℃;
3. Do not expose the semi electric forklift to open fire during charging, because the battery will produce a lot of combustible gas during charging, so it is necessary to prevent the semi electric forklift from catching fire during charging.
4. Avoid contact with skin and acid during charging of semi electric stacker. In case of contact, use plenty of soapy water or consult a doctor;
5. The battery shall be kept clean and dry at ordinary times, and no other items are allowed to be placed on the battery of the semi electric hydraulic forklift.
