The lifting chains of most semi-electric stackers are double-chained, and there are two types of sheet-type lifting chains and sleeve roller chains. If the lifting chain is too long, it will cause the lifting height to fail to meet the requirements, and if it is too short, it will cause the fork to run out of the channel steel of the inner mast, causing serious accidents. If one of the two chains is loose and the other is tight, the chain will be overloaded or unbalanced, causing the mast or inner mast to move unstable and inflexible. Therefore, the electric stacker manufacturer tells everyone that the two chains must be adjusted according to the requirements.
How to adjust the lifting chain of the semi-electric stacker?

First of all, we must park the forklift on a flat field, keep the mast in a vertical state, lower the fork to the minimum, and lower the piston of the lifting cylinder to the bottom dead center.
Then install the chain, connect one end of the two chains with the fork and lock. Make the chain go around the pulley, and connect the other end to the flange of the lifting cylinder or the beam of the outer mast, and adjust the length of the chain with hinge bolts. Use your fingers to press the chain with a force of 49N at a distance of 1000mm from the ground, so that the moving distance of the chain is less than 20mm, and then adjust another chain in the same way. After the two chains are adjusted, check them. The electric stacker manufacturer reminds everyone to lift the fork to see if the chain is tight and the length is consistent.
