First-level technical maintenance, the first-level maintenance interval of internal combustion forklift accessories is when the forklift engine has accumulated 150 hours of operation. If the annual working time of internal combustion forklifts is less than 150 hours, the first-level maintenance is performed once a year.
1. Clean and replace the filter, clean the air, oil, and gasoline filter, and replace the oil filter, air and gasoline filter.
2. Check the lubrication system of the forklift engine, check the lubricating oil level of each part, and clean the vent plug.
3. Clean, check, and adjust the gasoline pump and carburetor.
4. Check whether the thermostat is working properly.
5. Check whether the multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump are working properly.
6. Check whether the gear shifting of the transmission is working properly.
7. Check and adjust the clearance between the brake pads and brake drums of the hand and foot brakes.
8. Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is intact, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.
9. Check whether the generator and starter motor are installed firmly, whether the terminal is clean and firm, and check whether the carbon brushes and commutator are worn. Check the distributor contacts, check and adjust the contact gap, and correct the ignition timing.
10. Check the tightness of the fan belt, clean the cooling system, check the water pump and thermostat. 11. Check whether the wheel is installed firmly, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the debris embedded in the tread.
12. If the parts are disassembled for maintenance work, the forklift road test should be carried out after reassembly. 1) The braking performance under different degrees should not be deviated or snaking. On a steep slope, the hand brake can be tightened to stop reliably.
2) Listen to the engine running under acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no load, etc., to see if there is any abnormal sound.
3) After a certain mileage of road test, check whether the brake, transmission, front axle housing and gear pump are overheated.
4) Check whether the lifting speed of the fork frame is normal and whether there is any shaking.
13. Check whether the diesel tank oil inlet filter is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace the filter. 14. Check the working condition of each instrument, lighting, signal and check and tighten each wire connector. 15. Check and adjust the height of the clutch release lever and check and lubricate the release bearing.
