It reflects the driving capacity of the forklift truck, which is often manifested in higher driving speed with full load and no load, higher climbing gradient with full load and no load, and hook traction. It has a great impact on the productivity of forklift, especially in the case of long transportation distance in the freight yard.
3. Braking performance:
It reflects the ability of the forklift to decelerate and stop quickly during driving, and determines the safety of forklift operation.
4. Stability:
The ability of a forklift to resist overturning under various working conditions is a necessary condition to ensure the safety of forklift operation. According to relevant standards, forklifts must undergo longitudinal stability and transverse stability tests, and can only be sold after all the tests are qualified.
5. Mobility:
It reflects the flexible turning and operation ability of the forklift in narrow passages and sites, and relates to the adaptability of the forklift to the workplace and the utilization rate of the warehouse and freight yard. Technical parameters related to mobility include smaller turning radius, smaller right angle channel width, smaller stacking channel width, etc.
It reflects the forklift's ability to overcome road obstacles and pass through various sidewalks and entrances. Technical parameters representing the passing ability of forklift include: small ground clearance, height and width of profile, etc.
6. The layout of all operating parts and driver's seat of the forklift shall meet the requirements of ergonomics, and the operating force and stroke of all operating handles and pedals shall be within the range of physical strength, so as to prevent the driver from excessive fatigue, and have a good working vision and comfortable riding environment.
