(1) Carefully dispose of various liners of the forklift. Such as the oil pan or valve cover, due to the large contact area, it is not easy to be compacted, and it is easy to cause oil leakage. Oil leaks from the rear oil seal of the crankshaft, and the oil will seep into the clutch, which will consume oil and cause the clutch plate to be stained, slipped and burned.
(2) Tighten the nuts according to the repair specification. If the gasket is too loose and not tight, the gasket will leak oil; if it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will slip and cause oil leakage. If the oil drain screw plug of the oil pan (casing) is not tightened or loosened, it is easy to cause a large amount of oil loss, and then the accident of "burning tile and holding the shaft" will occur.
(3) Replace the failed oil seal in time. If the oil seal is not installed properly, the journal and the edge of the oil seal are not concentric, and it is easy to throw oil due to deflection; after long-term use, some will lose elasticity due to rubber aging, the sealing lip will be damaged and cracked, or the self-tightening spring will fail. If the oil seal function is damaged, the qualified parts should be repaired or replaced according to the standard.
(4) Replace severely worn parts in time. For example, if the cylinder liner, piston, and piston ring are worn to a certain extent, high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber will enter the crankcase.
(5) Replace the main bearing in time. When the gap between the main bearing and the journal is too large, the front and rear oil seals will lose their tightness due to the impact of the crankshaft, causing oil to leak from the crankshaft head, or oil to leak into the clutch, thereby contaminating the friction plate and causing slippage, resulting in failure of work.
(6) Avoid blocking of one-way valve and ventilation valve. After this type of valve hole is blocked, it is easy to cause the temperature and pressure in the tank to rise, the piston movement resistance and oil consumption to increase, the oil and gas to fill the entire space, the lubricating oil consumption to increase and the replacement cycle to be shortened. Due to the difference in air pressure inside and outside the box shell, oil leakage is often caused at weak seals. It should be checked, dredged and cleaned regularly to keep the one-way valve and vent valve unblocked.
(7) Properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints. The pipe connection nut is often disassembled and assembled, and it is easy to loosen due to the breakage of the sliding wire, which makes the accuracy of the bell mouth of the two joints worse, and the contact is poor due to the misalignment of the center lines of the cone surfaces, and the inconsistency due to different tapers, etc., resulting in leakage Oil. After grinding the pipe joint and the bell mouth to seal or clamping the thin copper skin between the two cones, tighten and compact the nut to ensure the seal.
