In the long-term use of electric forklift, as time goes by, some aged paint will fall off, and the battery shell will also be damaged.
Some small manufacturers would recommend replacing the battery directly, but the cost of replacing the battery is relatively high.
What's the best way? Noelift forklift will teach you some simple folk remedies:
1. The general range of plastic damage is found by welding.
2. Tighten the liquid filling cap, wipe the surface with a brush dipped in water, dry the water with a plastic welding gun with adjustable temperature (hereinafter referred to as the welding gun), and seal the air vent with transparent tape or label paper.

Try to prepare another set of filling cover, and use a welding gun to heat the plastic rod to seal when venting, so that it is more convenient to use during maintenance.
3. With the broken side facing up, clean the area around the broken area with a brush dipped in water, and then blow the water dry with a welding gun.
4. Select the gear of the welding gun, heat the plastic rod to make it melt evenly around the crushing point, press the prepared patch (waste battery shell or recorder shell, material is not limited) at the crushing point, continue heating for 1 - 2 minutes, and stop heating and cooling after complete bonding.
5. Unscrew the screw on the liquid filling cover, remove the transparent adhesive strip on the liquid filling cover, and check the liquid level height.
If there is leakage or lack of liquid, add electrolyte.
If there is no urgent need after maintenance, it is necessary to supplement charging and density adjustment;
In case of urgent need, it can be directly put into use.
If the forklift battery housing cannot be repaired, replace the battery and weld it in sequence.
