1 Check the fuel storage level.
2 Check the oil pipes, water pipes, exhaust pipes and accessories for leakage.

4 Check the tightness of the wheel bolts and whether the tire pressure reaches the specified value.
5 Check the flexibility and reliability of the steering and braking systems.
6 Check whether the electrical circuit is grounded, whether the connector is loose, and whether the horn, turn signal, brake light and various instruments work normally. After the above preparations are completed, the work can begin. In the event of a fire, the power should be cut off before it can be put out with a foam fire extinguisher. The power distribution room should be equipped with mesh fences to prevent rodent damage. Be careful when handling cargo. Unsafe or unstable loading is not allowed, and the stacking of goods should pay attention to safety and stability to prevent dumping and overturning accidents. If the load obstructs forward vision, drive in reverse. Defective or damaged pallets must not be used, which are prone to accidents. When driving a forklift, you need to slow down at the corners and sound the alarm to prevent collisions. Pay attention to the lift height when raising the pallet as it will also affect the stability of the forklift. At the same time, attention should also be paid to avoiding the damage to the forklift caused by heavy-load operation. During continuous long-term work, attention should be paid to adjusting the rest time; if the load capacity is insufficient, be sure to use a larger forklift, and do not work overloaded. When the forklift is loaded onto the truck, the driver should pay attention to the total weight of the forklift and ensure the following: the boarding bridge device for loading and unloading the truck is functioning properly; the truck tires are locked; there is enough space for the forklift's door frame, if If it cannot be accommodated, it is necessary to separate the gantry from the car body before loading and transporting. When loading goods, the distance of the forks should be adjusted according to the size of the goods, and the weight of the goods should be equally shared by the two forks to avoid eccentric loading or the goods slipping to one side when the forklift is running. When the fork enters the cargo pile, the fork wall should be in contact with the cargo surface, and then the gantry is tilted back, and the fork is raised about 200 mm from the ground before driving. It is strictly forbidden to drive at high speed and sharp turns. During the driving process, it is forbidden to lift or drop the goods, etc., and no one is strictly allowed under the lifting frame. When carrying goods on a slope of more than 7°, the goods should be above the slope. When carrying goods, do not brake suddenly and drive slowly to prevent the goods from slipping out. When handling large-volume goods, the goods block the sight, and the forklift should be driven in reverse at a low speed. It is strictly forbidden to leave the engine idling unattended after parking, and it is not allowed to hoist the cargo in the air while the driver leaves the driving position. When the forklift stops in the middle, when the engine is idling, it should be tilted back to the mast. When the engine is stopped, the carriage should be dropped, and the fork should be tilted forward to touch the ground. In the process of work, if suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon is found, it must be stopped immediately for inspection, and measures should be taken to eliminate it in time. Do not continue to work until the fault is eliminated. After a day of work, the fuel tank should be refueled, which can not only drive out the moisture in the fuel tank, but also prevent the water droplets condensed by the humid gas at night from dissolving in the oil. In addition, no one is allowed to use the forklift without the consent of the company leaders.
