Due to the reasons that my country's forklift exports still account for a relatively low proportion of overseas markets, outstanding cost-effectiveness advantages, and export tax rebates lead to the impulse of domestic enterprises to export, it is expected that China's forklift exports will maintain a relatively rapid growth rate in the future, with a compound growth rate of no less than 30% before 2010. %. Forklift work safety requirements
1. The gantry shall not be deformed and the welds are de-soldered. The rolling gap of the inner and outer gantry shall be adjusted reasonably and shall not exceed 1.5mm. The rotation of the rollers shall be flexible, and the rollers and shafts shall be free of cracks and defects. The wear amount of the wheel groove shall not be greater than 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two hoisting chains should be uniform, not twisted and deformed, the ends are connected firmly, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the original length, otherwise the chains should be replaced. The rotation of the sprocket should be flexible.
3. The fork frame shall not be severely deformed, and the welding seam shall be de-soldered. There shall be no cracks or welds on the surface of the fork. The root angle of the fork shall not be greater than 93°, and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of the fork. The positioning of the fork should be reliable, the supporting surface and positioning surface of the fork hook should not have obvious defects, the matching gap between the fork and the fork frame should not be too large, and the movement should be smooth.
4. The connection between the hoisting cylinder and the gantry should be firm, and the hinge between the tilting cylinder, the gantry and the frame should be firm and flexible, and the matching clearance should not be too large. The oil cylinder should be well sealed, without cracks, and work smoothly. Under the rated load, the self-sinking amount of the gantry in 10min is not more than 20mm, and the inclination angle is not more than 0.5°. When fully loaded, the lifting speed should not be lower than half of the standard value.
5. Overhead guards and racks must be complete and effective.
