Steps and processes of forklift operation:
Enter the forklift and fasten the safety belt. Get on the forklift from the left side. Grasp the handle in the front of the cab and the back of the seat with the other hand. Step on the upper auxiliary step and sit down. After sitting down, fasten the seat belt to ensure safety.
2. Start the forklift: hold the steering wheel handle with the left hand, pull the power switch handle up with the right hand, insert the forklift key into the key hole of the startup switch, turn it slightly to the right 45 degrees, and then the engine starts. Hold the front control lever of the forklift with the right hand and press it downward, and the front insertion will be tilted.
3. Engine startup inspection: check the fuel gauge, water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge and odometer.
4. Check the turn signal: whether it is in normal working condition. Press the horn with your right hand to hear whether the sound is loud.
5. Release the hand brake: hold the hand brake handle with the left hand, press the button on the upper end of the hand brake handle with the thumb, do not release the hand, pull it backward, and finally release it to open the hand brake. When opening the hand brake, the left foot should step on the foot brake pedal.
6. Push the gear lever to get ready to start: put your hand on the steering wheel, hold the gear lever with your left hand, push the gear lever forward to the first gear position, hold the steering wheel handle with your left hand, and then hold the shovel arm forward control lever, pull the control feeling back to the shovel arm forward (backward), and hold the gantry lifting control lever with your right hand, pull the control lever backward to rise. The rigidity of the shovel arm rising from the ground should be less than 500 mm.
7. When preparing to start: Look around to see if there are people or objects around the forklift to avoid danger. Drive slowly in gear 1 after the horn sounds.
8. Several key precautions: Only the driver who has received systematic training and has a forklift driver's license can drive with loads. The goods should be lowered. When the gantry tilts backward, attention should be paid to pedestrians, obstacles and potholes. When the clearance above the forklift leaves the vehicle, the fork should be lowered to the ground, and the gear lever should be placed in the neutral position. The engine should be stopped and the power should be disconnected. The hand brake should be pulled. When parking on the ramp, The wheels must also be blocked.
