Three Pivot Counterbalanced Forklift Description
Ergonomic
Modern engineering creates a clear footwell with strategically placed pedals that provide plenty of room for broad feet and enhance driving comfort.The clear, succinct instrument panel provides the operator with the important alerts while minimising confusion.
Hydraulic levers that are positioned on the scuttle or next to the battery provide for simple access from either side. The typical cabin configuration enables the unskilled operator to perform quickly and effectively without much training.
The operator is in a comfortable working position thanks to the adjustable steering wheel and seat.
Manoeuvrability
Trucks can operate safely in limited locations when the steering wheel is driven to the back.
Rear wheels may turn at an angle of up to 90 degrees, however 4 pivot trucks with the same weight capacity have a narrower turning radius of 400 to 450mm.
As you turn, your car automatically slows down.
Reliability
The brushless AC motor requires less maintenance and is more suitable for explosive and damp environments.
Maintenance is simple and inexpensive.
24V batteries are appropriate for two or three shifts of use, and side battery changes are the fastest way to change the batteries.
