Q2:What is your payment term?

A2:30% T/T as deposit,the balance 70% before shipping.Will supply you the products finishing pictures and video before you pay the balance amount.

Q3: What is your terms of delivery?

A3: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF in general.

Q4:What is your delivery time?

A4: It is about 10-15 days after receiving your advance payment in general. The specific delivery time depends on the products and quantity of your order.Sometimes we have some in stock.

Q5: Can youaccept customization?

A5: Yes.We can customize as your requirements, including size, appearance, color, engine etc.,

Q6:How will I get my excavator/dump truck/tractor/trailer if I pay?
   After we received the deposit, we’ll arrange the production, it’ll be finished within 15-20days, and we’ll send pics and videos for your check. After you’re satisfied, then pay the balance, after that we’ll arrange the shipment.

Q7:Whats the time for delivery?
If standard model we have in stock can ship it out within 10 days after payment. If used trailer or truck,we can ship it out within 10 days after payment. Because we have to renovate and paint it. If it is a new production, usually cases in 20 days can be finished for shipment.
