Q2: Where is your company?
We are based in SARAWAK, Malaysia, start from 2015,sell to . There are total about 51-100 people in our office.
Q3: Do you supply the spare parts?
Yes, we supply the spare parts.Just send us the list of the accessories which you need.
Q4: How long is the quality guarantee period?
We supply 6 months warranty.
Q5:How can I pay the money?
Telegraphic transfer, 30% deposit and the balance be paid before the shipment.
Q6:How will I get my excavator/dump truck/tractor/trailer if I pay?
After we received the deposit, we’ll arrange the production, it’ll be finished within 15-20days, and we’ll send pics and videos for your check. After you’re satisfied, then pay the balance, after that we’ll arrange the shipment.
Q7:Whats the time for delivery?
If standard model we have in stock can ship it out within 10 days after payment. If used trailer or truck,we can ship it out within 10 days after payment. Because we have to renovate and paint it. If it is a new production, usually cases in 20 days can be finished for shipment.
